The details you type in

When you send the quote form, it collects exactly what you type into it:

• your vehicle's year, make and model, and whether you have the title;
• your name and phone number;
• the pickup address (city, ZIP code or street) where the car is parked.

The form also sends one hidden value, the name of this website, so we know which site the request came from.

What we use them for

To call you back with an offer on your vehicle and, if you accept, to arrange the pickup. We don't need anything else from you to do that, so the form doesn't ask for anything else.

Where it goes

When you press the submit button, your details are sent over an encrypted connection to the lead-handling service we use to receive quote requests, and from there to the people who call you back.

What the website itself collects

This site doesn't use advertising trackers or set its own cookies. Like any website, the servers that deliver it may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests for as long as we need them to handle your request and keep ordinary business records.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete the details you sent. Until our phone number is listed on this site, mention it when we call you back, or send a new request through the form saying what you'd like changed.

Children

This site is for vehicle owners and isn't aimed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change how we handle your details, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
