How does junk car pickup work in the Chicago suburbs?

Junk car pickup in the Chicago suburbs takes three moves. You send the car's year, make, model and title status, Junk Car Pickup Chicagoland Easy calls back with an offer, and a tow truck collects the car from wherever it sits. You pay nothing for the tow and get paid at pickup.

Straight answers

More in the full pickup FAQ.

Does junk car pickup cost anything?

No. Towing is free, and no towing charge is taken out of your offer. The offer we give you is what you're paid at pickup.

Do I need the title?

No title? We can still help. Say which papers you do have: a bill of sale, the registration or an insurance card. Whether they're enough for a scrap sale depends on Illinois rules, and we check that with you on the call.

How fast can the car be gone?

Same-day pickup is often possible. It depends on when you accept the offer and where the car is, so tell us your timing when we call.

Is the money handed over on pickup day?

Yes, curbside, as the car goes up on the truck. Zelle, Cash App and other payment apps all work, and so does cash.

What will my junk car bring?

We don't publish a price list, because the number depends on the car itself: year, make and model, whether it runs, what's damaged or missing, and what paperwork you have. Send those through the form and we call back with a real offer, not a range.

What kinds of vehicles do you buy?

Any car, truck, van or SUV that's reached the end, in any condition: burned, flooded, wrecked, stripped or just dead. Got more than one? A single visit can take them all.

Still parked? Let's get it gone.
